• Billing and Transaction Data: Payment details are processed securely by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle collects your billing address, email, and payment card details as an independent data controller. We do not store or access your payment credentials. • User Content & Inputs: We collect and process the images, poster designs, aspect ratios, and instructions you upload or submit to the Service.
• Technical and Usage Data: We collect details about your device, IP address, operating system, browser type, and logs of actions you take within the application for security and debugging purposes.

• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and verify credit entitlements.

• Payments & Billing: Paddle processes transactions, taxes, chargebacks, refunds, and billing inquiries.
• AI Model Providers: Your uploaded images and prompts are sent via secure API channels to third-party AI models (such as Google Gemini) to perform layout generation. These details are processed for inference purposes and are governed by developer terms preventing the use of customer data for public foundation model training.
• Compliance & Security: We may share data if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Reframe, our users, or the public.

We use cookies to maintain your active session state, authenticate API requests, and integrate the checkout portal. Essential cookies are set by Clerk (for authentication) and Paddle (for processing checkout transactions).
